I'm a senior Laravel engineer at Creative Force, working on a multi-regional award and grant management platform. Over the last few years my focus has expanded beyond core engineering into spearheading AI adoption across the team. As an early adopter of agentic coding, I built an AI workflow that takes a task from card to PR, with custom skills, hooks, and MCP servers pulling context from our internal tools along the way, and persistent task memory across sessions. The agent produces a PR ready fix, with human review still the final step before anything merges. These same skills also power engineers' day-to-day work, not just the agents. I wrote the playbook we now use to work with AI agents.

At TravelClick, a leading revenue-generating solution provider for the hospitality industry, my primary role involved overseeing the production, modification, and maintenance of various websites and web application user interfaces. This involved closely collaborating with designers to translate their static Photoshop designs into functional browser-based pages. I also worked in tandem with server-side developers to integrate their code, resulting in the creation of intricate, interactive, and database-driven websites.
